HOLIDAY PROGRAMME:

Our Sept/Oct 2026 Programme enrolments are now open. The programme will run from Monday 28th Sept to Friday 9th Oct 2026.  If your Tamariki is 5 to 13 years and enjoys being active and having fun, then the Whanganui Boys & Girls Gym Club is the place to be during the school holidays!
We run our holiday programme for two weeks every school holiday with the exception of the Christmas Holiday Period when we run the holiday programme for 4 weeks.

You can book in for as many full or half days as you require.  “We provide a safe and happy environment for all children to have fun throughout the day”

All fees are to be paid before the date of the booking unless you are applying for funding.
If you are applying for a subsidy you will need to sign up with WINZ for childcare OSCAR funding and you can then bring the form into the gym club or email us admin@whanganuigymclub.co.nz with the following information.
Your children/Tamariki name
What days you would like to book in
Your client number.
We will email your forms to MSD.  It is your responsibility to follow up that they have actioned the form.
Please note you are liable for any outstanding fees not covered by your OSCAR funding.

Programme activities can include:

Games, drawing, Lego table, Team Building,
Tuesday morning Swimming, Thursday morning Swim and slide
Wednesdays are special activity or outing days – do to popularity no cancellation policy
Sports activities, Cooking, craft, movies, lego station, Barbie house station, coloring in station, gymnastics sessions and much more.

We are OSCAR approved.

FULL DAY $67 per full day 7.45 am to 5.30 pm per child

MORNING $45 – 7.45 am to 12.45 pm

AFTERNOON $45 – 12.45 pm to 5.30 pm
(without WINZ subsidy)

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN BOOKING ON WEDNESDAY’S – DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND WEDNESDAY’S HAVE A NO CANCELLATION POLICY.

If for any reason you need to cancel a registration we require notice at least 24 hours prior to arrival time. If the cancellation/s is not received 24 hours prior the charge will still apply. You can email admin@whanganuigymclub.co.nz or phone 06 345867 for cancellation.

Hours of our holiday programme are 7.45am to 5.30pm Daily (there will be a late pick up fee of $20 per 15 minutes charged if you pick up after 5.30 pm, this is covering the extra staff cost for two staff members).
