The gym club is an amazing birthday party venue for all ages. WBGGC is a fantastic all weather birthday party venue, we have party times on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
Birthday Parties will have a minimum cost of $195 for 10 children and $15 per head for extra children. All birthday party’s have sole use of the gymnastics club venue and equipment for 2 hours.
What do you get?
The whole club to yourself.
A party host to over see the safe use of all the equipment for 2 hours.
Use of the kitchen and café area’s for party food. The kitchen has plates, serving platters and two ovens for your use.
A stereo that you can blue tooth your own play list or music by our party host.
A birthday card with an instant photograph of the birthday child and their cake to remember their day.
Disposal of your party rubbish.
Every party has a designated birthday host to oversee the safe use of gym equipment and to accommodate any needs or queries. The host with the assistance of party adult’s will over see the safe use of the gym club equipment while you prepare the food in the café/kitchen area.
You can enter to set up 15 minutes before your party, and need to exit 15 minutes after your party.
Spaces do fill up fast, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Saturday 1.30pm to 3.30pm and 5.45pm to 7.45pm
Sunday 10.00am to 12.00pm, 12.30pm to 2.30pm and 3.00pm to 5.00pm.

*We require a $80 deposit to secure your birthday party booking.
The outstanding payment is due to be paid a week prior to your booking date. Any extra party children can be paid for via eftpos on the day.
A $50 fee will be charged if you are late vacating the premises after your party. (You must vacate no later than 15 minutes after your party).
